Subject	[Csnd] ANN: Blue 2.10.0
	Hi All, I've released a new version of Blue at: https://github.com/kunstmusik/blue/releases/tag/2.10.0 v2.10.0 has a major change for introducing new time units for things like Bars.Beats.Time, Bars.Beats.Sixteenths.Ticks, SMPTE, etc., and introduces time signatures and a new tempo region bar. There's additional usability tweaks, an update to Java 25, and support for Csound 7. I have also updated the User Manual to use Quarto for building the site: https://kunstmusik.github.io/blue-manual/ and the manual has updated information on the new time system. A couple of other notes: 1. I am in the process of redoing the https://blue.kunstmusik.com site. It is taking a little while as I am using a different tech stack so the backend is a complete rewrite. I may or may not update the old site (still pointing to 2.9.1 release) prior to releasing the new site. 2. I have started working on a Typescript/Electron version of Blue. It has been a few weeks with AI-assistance and it has been going better than I expected. It will probably take 2-3 more weeks before there's feature parity, and I still have to do some extended evaluation to see how well this all performs. (The engine design is working well to run csound in a separate process, but there's some experiments I need to do with the shared memory and visualization.). I will be focusing on this new Blue codebase for the short term, but since I am composing with the current Java Blue I may do additional bug-fixes or small feature releases. Thanks!
