Subject[Csnd] [CsoundQt] CsoundQt 7.0.0-beta now available
Hi!

I am glad and proud to announce that CsoundQt 7 is now publicly available!!

- Specialized Csound 7 examples
- Better dark theme support
- New table editors
- Improved split view
+ much more

The binaries include Csound 7 (beta 8 and beta 9) - just download and  try it out!
The Mac bundle is signed and notarized, it should be easy  to get it going also on newer Macs.
For all Intel based Linux flavours there is AppImage that should work out of the box (Csound included).

The version is named beta, and surely  there are bugs to iron out and things to improve, but it seems usable and pretty solid already.

Greatest thanks go to Joachim for keeping it all rolling + for the huge work on the examples, Gleb for designing splash screen, icon, creating the table editors and thinking along, Eduardo for many commits and all people submitting bug reports and giving suggestions.

Thanks!
tarmo

It's awesome!!!

How do you suggest we test the html examples?

Are they supposed to run under the html tab?

Hi!

At the moment Mac and Windows binaries are built without html support. I will try to do a new build soon.
Other thing I will consider - they should not be in the menu, if there is no html support. That takes some thinking how it is best  to do it.
