hey beloved csound community,

     is anyone here in touch with the gentoo proaudio group? osc is 
confounding the csound 6.17 ebuild. i think they just need a version 
bump to 6.18. develop branch is building fine for me. i'm willing to 
write an pull request but seems like it would just be easier to bump the 
version.
