I call it "melodic Drum&Bass", you might call it soundtrack or just melodic 
electro. Expect some modulating chord progressions and even a bit of 
polymetric sequencing.

Csound's part in this: the drums! When it hits heavy, it's Csound! And the 
risers. Since these are very important, I thought, I'd share it here.

The Csound drums were rendered and loaded into LinuxSampler. The softsynth 
Yoshimi supplied excellent pads and one lead. the Microwave Xt wavetable synth 
donated the bass and various smaller analogue synths took the rest of the 
strain.

Do you know the old videogame, I think it was originally for Amiga, 
called Tirricane II?

I loved its soundtracks a lot and you ahve here certain atmosphere which 
are likely somehow.

Hi Gabe,
thanks for your kind feedback. I'm not familiar with your reference, but then 
I have never been into computer games of any kind. I tried a few, but always 
felt empty afterwards, having preferred cards and other "real" games or 
riddles. :)
