Hello,

if someone is interested, I've put two new pieces on my Youtube channel, 
"Slowing beat" and "Running beat". They were totally composed with 
Csound, except the sound samples. I never composed this kind of music (a 
more "commercial" one). However, "Slowing beat" seems to me more similar 
to the early music of Weather Report. I used my generative style plus 
some sound effects, like phasing and waveshaping. You can find the

Thanks for sharing these new pieces. The timbres, particularly in
Slowing Beat, are interesting. Did you use sampled sounds for the
complete piece, or is the melodic instrument synthesized in Csound? Also
I am interested in the drums? Did you use a similar kind of acoustic
drums at the source? If so, how did you process the drums? The effect is
cinematic to my ears. A bit eerie, almost menacing, with the transient
on the snare instrument so dark and indistinct. It feels almost like
FFT-based time stretching plus additional effects.
