For github, you would need to install the authenticator app in your phone and then follow instructions on how to link to your github account.

I have at lest two auther

vatinf aoos on th phone called FreeOTP and Athenticator.  So what do I do.

Where do I "Enter the digints shown below?".  I cnnot cll that 
instructions to follow.
