Hi, all.

There has been an advance on the list by Joachim already, but I'm very  
happy and very proud to announce that my offer to host the next  
International Csound Conference was well received, and that the  
ICSC2017 will take place in Montevideo, Uruguay.

I know it may be a long trip to many of you, but you have two years to  
prepare yourselves and I hope it'll be worth the effort.

I'm aware that it'll be a challenge to organize a conference of the  
same level of the preceding ones, but I already assembled a great team  
of very supporting and very capable young people, and we trust that  
the conference in Montevideo will be an enjoyable experience to all.

It would be really great to meet you all there.
