Great.  After moving widgets.dll from OPCODEDIR to elsewhere,  
no error reported.  

Pvoc and the pvx file is now working too. 

FYI: This just leaves the warnings; 
... csladspa.dll
... csnd.dll
... scoregen.dll 
	  is/are not a Csound plugin library. 

Which I can live with.
