Hi Brian,

I haven't ever used vbap opcodes but did look at vbap16.c and it seems
that azimuth and elevation is using 0-360.  As for where 0 is, it
seems to me that it depends on how vbaplsinit is setup.  I am not sure
certain though as I've not used these opcodes, but maybe that can get
you somewhere and you can confirm if anything I said is correct. =)

If you have a chance to try it out it'd be great to get some feedback
for better documentation as the current ones certainly have some
missing info!
