Hi, I  would like  to use deferred  tables with  tablexkt in
  conjunction with lphasor, but  Csound returns me this error:

  PERF ERROR  in instr  1: Deferred-size ftable  1.000000 load
  not available at perf time.

  It seems that tablexkt  doesn't support deferred tables. I'm
  here to ask to the developers if it is  possible to add this
  feature to the opcode. I know that i could use other opcodes
  like  loscilx for  example,  but whit  tablexkt  i have  the
  complete control on  the samples, i can  use crossfading for
  looped samples and its resampling engine is perfect! Often i
  use to  sample vst instruments in  48000 Hz / 24  Bit format
  whit Chainer, and a lot of  times i've crossed the max table
  lenght allowed, especially whit pad  sounds. I hope that you
  can help me.
