I have just committed a few files, so the CVS is now fully functional.
The various warning messages are also gone. Anonymous pserver CVS access
works, and is finally even up to date; I used this command for a test
checkout:
  cvs -z9 -d :pserver:anonymous@csound.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/csound checkout -P csound5
