The developer CVS is now up again.
Note that you need to use USERNAME@csound.cvs.sourceforge.net now,
instead of USERNAME@cvs.sourceforge.net, and a fresh checkout is
needed (into a new directory) because of the address change.

The anonymous pserver CVS does not seem to work yet.
