They are loadable modules - in fact the same module as the widget
opcodes. It was a long time ago when the graphs were still in the
main library.

Well, you can easily disable them from the host application if
they cause problems, but I think it is useful to have a working,
even if basic "default" implementation of graphs (including the
xyin opcode).
