There is a (not up to date, but working) Win32 binary package
here:
  http://csound.sourceforge.net/csound5gui.zip
To install, you need Csound 5.02 beta (single precision)
from SourceForge. Copy these files to the bin\ directory,
overwriting any already existing files with the same name:
  csound32.dll.5.1
  csound5gui.exe
  fltk.dll
this file should be copied to plugins\:
  widgets.dll
I will update the binaries soon, though, maybe later today, or
when I have all utilities implemented.

A more recent tarball of all Csound 5 sources is also available:
