Hmm. Thanks very much for this. I tried putting everything here into the /Pd.app/Contents/Resources/extra folder, but Pd disappears when I try to create a [csoundapi~] or open one of the files. I also tried what was working with everything else, simply putting the darwin file in a separate Externs folder, setting Pd's path to that, and putting it in Startup options. I put libcsound.a in the same folder as Pd too. I'll try on a different machine some other time. Thanks for your help. -Chuckk On 3/31/06, David Akbari wrote: > Hi Chuckk, > > This is by NO MEANS an official or even current binary however it may > suit your needs. > > Some months back I decided to take on the exercise of compiling > [csoundapi~] for Pd as a monolithic object thus effectively eliminating > the need for any sort of environment variable or even having Csound5 > installed anywhere. > > If you can carry the Pd.app around on a keydisk or something and access > the internals of that, you can use this **UNOFFICIAL** version of > csoundapi~ simply by tossing all these files in the > ../Pd.app/Contents/Resources/extra folder. > > Good luck > > http://www.csounds.com/akbari/csapi_110.dmg > > > -David > > On Mar 31, 2006, at 6:58 PM, Chuckk Hubbard wrote: > > > Is a standard binary for OSX possible?
