I noticed there are files now on SourceForge, although the release was not
announced yet. I also found a few possible errors, although it is possible
that the uploads are simply not finished yet:

these are apparently old beta packages, and should probably be removed, or,
in the case of the OS X files, replaced with the new ones uploaded to the
Bath server.

I think these are really "html" (is there also a separate "chm" file type
available for SF uploads ?), and not "Source .zip", but this is a minor issue.
