I found that after changing from rc2 and rc3 to 5.00, I had to change
from -+rtmidi=PortAudio to -+rtmidi=mme. I also found that output
numbers (for -odac) changed.

I'm not sure why this happened, but using different rtmidi systems
worked for me.
