Hi All,

I received an email from Adam Chennels reporting that the manual
instructions from "How to Install Csound" in Section III still refers
to Csound4 instructions (there are instructions for Csound5
installation already in Section I).  I think now that Csound5 is
officially out, we should start to migrate the manual to include
instructions only for Csound5, merging in the information from
Sections I and II into Sections III, removing old information that
relates only to Csound4 or change parts of the manual that split the
instructions between "for Csound 4" and "only in Csound5".  It should
clean up the manual a bit and I think will only help to make it
clearer.

We can leave a copy of the current manual around for those who may
wish to use Csound4, as the current manual still has some separation
between the two and may be easier to find things which are only
Csound4 related.

Any thoughts?
