Hi David, Not sure about a particular program, but you could use Csound midiout opcode and make an instrument to output MIDI. I know Menno on the blue list contributed some MIDI blue Instruments in the blueShare repository that do this to use MIDI gear from blue/csound. You could send the output to a midi sequencer and record them from there but it'd be in realtime so might take a while. If you up for a bit of python or Java you could write a simple Score parser (or reuse the one from blue) and put a small program together to do the job as well.
