The portaudio.dll.0.0.19 in csound5\bin is from Victor Lazzarini's
MSVC package and is probably the one you want to use as it includes
support for MME, DirectSound, and ASIO. The alternative file in
csound5\pa_dx, while somewhat newer, is limited to DirectSound and
is possibly not very useful on systems other than Win9x.
