This new build includes CsoundVST, the Loris Python module and
opcodes, and the STK opcodes, in addition to all the components
that were available in the previous release. It also fixes the
chnget/chnset bugs reported by Oeyvind Brandtsegg.

Note: to use the STK opcodes from anything other than the
standard command line frontends (csound and csound64), the
environment variable RAWWAVE_PATH should be set to
/usr/local/share/csound/rawwaves. However, these opcodes
may possibly cause problems if multiple instances of Csound
are used through the API.
