Perhaps I'm wrong about this but many people have put much work into all of this, and if it can be made to work at all, why withdraw Csound5, other than CVS, at this point? While one has to figure some things out for oneself to get varions things upon which Csound5 depends upon installed, some of which don't have very clear installation instructions, and require a google search and some hacking about to figure them out, that's surely no reason to withdraw this software... actually, it's been fun (like any good puzzle) to get to get this far. :-) Oh blast... just when I got past that Loris problem by deleting lorisgens.C and lorisgens.h, the build stopped with an error telling me that it couldn't find Opcodes/stk/stkOpcodoes.cpp... mumble, grumble... more fun. :-) -- R.
