Hi, AFAIK, I'm using scons:

scons buildCsoundVST=1 buildLoris=1 generatePdf=1 useOSC=1 \
buildPythonOpcodes=1 buildStkOpcodes=1 buildTclsound=1 useFLTK=1 install

However, judging by timestamps, it appears that Makefile.am is being
created from the Makefile.in in the Opcodes/Loris/src directory,
which puzzled me, since I didn't think that Makefiles were being used.
