I went to NYU for the Music Technology master's degree, I think there
might also be a degree or two in computer music composition.
are you asking about a good introduction to Csound? or about a school that would be good for a degree in it?
as just a way to get started Dr. Boulanger's 'toot's' are pretty managable and quite informative.
He teaches at the Berklee school of Music in Boston, (which has cross
registration with Tufts University if your nephew is not interested in
a dedicated music education)
