Hi Simon, The error messages for background- can be ignored. The background image though, I'm not sure what is going on there. Did you have an internet connection when building? And are you able to hit that png directly using a web bowser? I thought I had set it up such that nothing outside of what is in CVS in terms of stylesheets should be required to compile the manual, but I guess I missed something.
