What format is that?
I am relatively competent in LaTeX, if that is the format, I'd be glad to act as
secretary and do some typing. If it is in an other format, I could try to learn
about it and do the formatting.

I totally agree, and as for the FLOSS manual, I would be very glad to help in
whatever way I can.
