I have in my Custom.cake file

set(BUILD_CSOUND_AC OFF)
set(BUILD_CSOUND_AC_PYTHON_INTERFACE OFF)
set(BUILD_CSOUND_AC_LUA_INTERFACE OFF)

which seems to work
