After the encouragement from Dr. B a week or so ago, I had to clean up my Csound reproduction of the Hammond Novachord and put it on my website... I probably went rather overboard on the documentation, but it should be complete! Briefly recapping my last post, the Novachord was a fully polyphonic electronic systhesizer -- in 1939! It generated 6 octaves with frequency division, and had ADSR, tone filters and vibrato. I think the emulation is reasonably close to what I've found on the web. I like its sound, anyway! (Sorry -- no audio example currently.) I've put it at http://www.goodeveca.net/Novachord/ Thanks, -- Pete -- Csound mailing list Csound@listserv.heanet.ie https://listserv.heanet.ie/cgi-bin/wa?A0=CSOUND Send bugs reports to https://github.com/csound/csound/issues Discussions of bugs and features can be posted here
