Mike, I'm looking at Scite now (windows). Can you point me in a direction of finding out how to turn on syntax highlighting for csound files? BTW, I've been using TextPad (http://www.textpad.com/) on windows for many years and thought I'd see how well it works for csound. It does well. I created a syntax configuration file with all csound keywords for color coding. I also created a CHM file from the latest 5.08 manual. While this can be easily called within TextPad, TextPad doesn't have keyword help capability (that is, move cursor to keyword, hit F1 tocall the keyword definition from the help file.) Does Scite have this?
