Hi Sergio,

Glad to hear you have sound running now!  I got to a point where
things compiled but now runtime csound doesn't find libsndfile.
Strange.  Anyways, I think I have to stop looking at this issue
unfortunately as I don't have much free time now.  Sounds like you're
well along now though!
