So would a specific 'nrpnin' opcode be useful? (There is already
an 'nrpn' opcode to *send* NRPNs -- where the example CSD
doesn't seem to make sense...) What should such an opcode do?
Just return MSB, LSB and value?  It would need to combine mustiple
MIDI messages.
