Interesting, is there an audio sample (of a single cycle) available somewhere ? It would be interesting to see exactly how it looks. The description on wikipedia says "The idea behind the Supersaw is to emulate the sound of more than one sawtooth oscillator using just one oscillator." .. and this suggests that the supersaw is indeed definable as a single waveform (as opposed to multiple detuned oscillators with phasing etc.) Perhaps that part of the description is technically incorrect ?
