Chuckk, I find that I get clicks when using envelopes if they are still very sharp. Maybe this is perceptual. The envelope has to fade quickly, but still slow enough so it can be heard or something like that. your fade in time of .004 and fade out of .006 may be too quick. I'm guessing that the clicks will be gone if you make those segments longer. that is how I've solved this dilemma in the past, perhaps there is a better way. also I'm curious about the reason why you don't fade in and out to 0 instead of .0001?
