Hello Darren,

I had the same problem some time ago when I did some builds of Csound
in a Mac OS X machine. It is a known problem present in previous
versions of FLTK. Are you building your own or are you using the
packages available at csounds.com? They way I solved this problems was
by building Csound against a recent version of FLTK (in that time it
was a CVS checkout but now the fix might be already present in the
current stable release). If you are using the pre-compiled packages
then it might be that they where created using an older version of
FLTK.
