Thanks everyone for your replies!  It was great working with Jim and
all of the authors to get this issue put together.  The scope of
information on a number of different topics made it enjoyable work,
and I think we got a great balance of technical, compositional, and
aesthetic ground covered.

But now a small break, then the next issue!  =)
