I've had this error in the past, turning off CPU optimisation did the trick for
me.
Try

gcc4opt=0

and see if it works.
This worked for me, but I don't know whether the problem was with the actual
optimisation, or with the syntax used in the flag. I didn't research it as once
I got csound to build, I was more interested in making music.
