The last release for 10.5 (5.14) has support for both 2.6 and 2.5 as far as I can remember. If you install macpython 2.6 and then install csound again, the module for 2.6 will be placed inside the macpython famework. The 2.5 module will be installed in the apple python framework, which comes with OSX 10.5.

All of this is from memory, because it has been a while since I prepared that package.
