I did design an 11-channel reverb a few years ago, based on the Sean Costello waveguide reverb (now implemented as stereo reverb in the screverb opcode). Since the design (not the opcode, but the original instrument by SC) with 8 separate delay lines is very transparent, it is easy to reroute the outputs, linking several copies of this reverb together by crossfeeding them into each other. This might not be the simplest (fastest) way to go about it, but will give you full control over the reverb diffusion pattern and the reverb sounds quite good. It is also relatively cheap CPU-wise for a reverb. Sorry to say I did not implement it in a generic fashion, but specifically for a quiite large setup, so I don't think looking at the code would make you much wiser. I do hope however that the general idea might lead you onto how to implement this for your own purposes. best Oeyvind 2008/6/14, Fergal Dowling : > Hi, > > There is a multichannel delay in Jan Jacob Hofmann's Ambispace.orc, > implemented using existing opcodes.
