Not all packages install binaries (programs that can be executed). In
the current case the documentation consists of html-files which can be
read using your browser.

It lives inside /usr/share/doc/csound-doc/html (at least on my Debian
box).

If you wanna fire up firefox using the console and point it to the
index file straight away, perhaps use
        firefox /usr/share/doc/csound-doc/html/index.html
