Thanks!  I've tried the Github location multiple times with the same result,
but nbviewer brought up the (static) page immediately.  I found my way to
the 'Binder' and its 'Run' button, but when I tried the first code segment
"import ctcsound", I get "ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'ctcsound'"

So how do I find that?

OK -- I'm looking at the parent cookbook page on Github, and I guess
I have to install everything locally.  I'll try that.
