In this release, the csoundac dynamic library has been eliminated. I see a 
reference to MSDN, but is this an issue with other compilers? I'd say no, 
since it has been working before, but I'm not sure.
Should I eliminate the dynamic library from debian? After all, it seems to be 
used primarily from python.
