Looks like you don't have the FLTK API (header files) which would then
make sense why `fltk-config` is not found.

Have you compiled and installed
http://www.fltk.org/software.php?VERSION=1.1.7&FILE=fltk/1.1.7/fltk-1.1.7-source.tar.gz
?

(From what I remember, the "stable" version of FLTK has some incorrect
linking flags on OSX)

Anyway, the source of your errors is simply that you do not have FLTK
installed from sources.
