There were a few examples of "live coding" posted around the time of 
the Csound 6 release.

I use Csound like a tone generator and control it via MIDI.

I'm keen to be able to iterate on my orchestras in a text editor 
without having to restart Csound after every change.

I would love to know how I can just keep an instance of Csound running 
continuously and send it a signal it to re-evaluate the orchestra.

Can it be done?
