Looks like the volume might be turned down on the instrument. Maybe remove the volume scaling, kvol, in
out aosc * kvol
For what it is worth, I used quite a bit of OSC for various things. I did a piece in 2007 or 8 for the TU Berlin WFS system where I ran csound using OSC commands from Python.
