I made a few quick tests with this release, and so far it seems to
be mostly OK. I found these minor problems: the csound.hpp header
file is apparently not installed (although many unneeded internal
private headers are), and the STK raw waves seem to be missing.

Some less important issues: while a .csoundrc file is installed,
CSOUNDRC is not set, so the file is not actually used (this was
already reported by Oeyvind Brandtsegg).
