Subjectposting other people's code
I've been composing trax lately that solely use csound. I'm not much of
an instrument designer, and therefore, I like using instruments that
other people have designed. I'm going to make these trax available for
download from my website. The trax can be rendered by compiling the orc
and sco files. I'd like to make the orc and sco files available on my
website as well. However, I'm not sure if it's okay to put other
people's code on my website. For example, I just finished a track that
uses a kick drum that Hans Mikelson created. If I post his code on my
website I'll gladly credit him in the comments of the orc file.

Are there copyright isssues involved with distributing instruments
created by others, especially instruments that are on the csound book
cdroms? I don't plan on selling the code. It will be available for
free download. However, I do licence *the music* to indy labels and any
other commercial interests that present themselves.
