Still a little experimental, but I have written a new gen, GEN49, that
is rather like GEN01 but it only reads MP2/MP3 files into a table.  I
will draft a manual entry if it is acceptable.
  It uses an LGPL library called mpadec which is on Sourceforge, but
untouched for 5 years.  I had to fix a few minor things.

At present no deferred length and not fully tested.  Needs
includeMP3=1 in scons to build.  Only on Linux as of now but the
library runs on Windows as well.

I had thought of adding an mp3in opcode as well.
