Problem is that one cannot use ramp on p3 as that is also use in
sorting.  The offending line is the second below
i4 . .05 7.01 . . . . . . . < . . . . 3 . .
i4 . < < . . . . . . . < . . . . < . .
i4 . < < . . . . . . . < . . . . < . .

So this is programmer error
