At Hannover I said that the multicore scheme was incomplete regarding
these three.  I have just committed code to git that I believe fixes
this, subject to not getting the data correct.  It is a little crude
but correct -- ie not optimal.  The buses have not been checked at all
but the others seem OK with minimal testing.  Thanks are due to Steven
for decoding my block.

btw I also annotated deprecated opcodes in the sources, but so far do
not interrogate this.

If you write opcodes that use tables etc then you need to know how to
ensure your code is semantically safe for multicore.  I will try to
write a short document soon.

Now back to the other new-parser bugs.
