I am not entirely sure what pv related files are the streaming
opcodes, but I do get a lot of cenviron warnings (which means broken
code) in a number of OOps/pv*.c files. There are also a few statics,
but then again, I am not familiar with the PVOC code, so do not know
if it is only the old PVOC format that is affected.
